Executive Office Specialist

Pay: $29.91/hour
Start Date: August 24, 2026
Assignment: 30 days with potential extensions up to 6 months or longer based on business needs

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership and the Board of Directors. This role serves as a key liaison between leadership, board members, internal departments, and external stakeholders while ensuring the smooth operation of the Executive Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support executive leadership and Board of Directors activities.
  • Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, board packets, minutes, and governance documents.
  • Maintain confidential records and communications.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and briefing materials.
  • Coordinate travel, scheduling, meetings, events, and special projects.
  • Assist with communications, website/social media content, and annual reports.
Required Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of executive-level administrative support experience required.
  • Experience supporting senior executives required.
  • Board of Directors support experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Additional Requirements

  • Available to start on or around August 24, 2026.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for meetings and special events.
  • Reliable transportation.
