Logistics Coordinator

The logistics coordinator verifies outgoing shipments and records data within the company's ERP system.

Key objectives and responsibilities:

• Verifies outgoing shipments of finished product according to records and then records information or data within the company's ERP system.
• Publish a shipment log.
• Interact with freight forwarders and transportation companies to ship completed orders.
• Will need to work in various computer systems

Required education/experiences:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work any shift.
• Must be able to score satisfactory on pre-employment assessment.

Competencies:

• Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with changing concrete variables with limited supervision.
• Prior SAP experience; other ERP software experience a plus.
• Self-motivated and detailed-oriented.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively work with individuals both inside and outside the company.
• Ability to work independently and to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fosters positive work relationships and is a solid team player.
• Able to complete projects in a timely manner and get results.
• Supports the strategic and operational direction of the business.
