Job Details

Conduct technical diagnoses and repairs of foundation engineering equipment at company facilities, customer sites, and business partner locations. Receive customer service requests; assess customer needs, complaints, and equipment symptoms; diagnose issues and suggest repair solutions to the Technical Service Manager based on customer needs and resource availability. Perform effective hands-on shop and field service repairs. Research and determine spare parts needs; suggest spare parts packages. Provide effective and efficient technical assistance in person and by phone. Resolve product issues through identification, documentation, and communication with all affected parties. Complete Service and Yard/ Damage reports as required. Provide technical assistance to internal and external parties. Assist in maintaining technical manuals.
