Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter areas, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support orderly entry and exit in accordance with site-specific protocols.; Assist with security-related presence during daily operations, provide directions and general assistance, and communicate with staff and/or emergency services when conditions call for additional support.
