Analyze and optimize plant layout, material flow, and labor utilization Conduct time studies and establish labor standards Identify and implement process improvements using lean methodologies Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.) Develop capacity models and support production planning Improve ergonomics, safety, and workplace efficiency Utilize data analysis and simulation tools to drive decision-making Support cost reduction and productivity improvement efforts EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS B.
