HR PMO & Program Governance. Establish and operate a structured HR Program to manage multiple global initiatives. Define project governance, milestones, reporting cadence, and risk management. Track progress, surface issues early, and hold project owners accountable. Provide clear, data-driven reporting to senior HR and business leaders. M&A & Integration. Lead HR project management for global M&A integrations, including a recently closed acquisition in Asia Pacific. Coordinate activities across regions (Asia, Middle East, U.S., India)Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Systems teams to support HRIS and ERP integration. Global HR Initiatives.
