Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with supervisors, site contacts, and/or public agencies as needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and authorized entry activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site protocols.; Support Allied Universal and site personnel during emergencies, special events, and/or public interactions by following post orders and maintaining a professional presence in varying environments and conditions.
