Performs multifaceted unit and program support related to educational assessment, student progress monitoring, and program improvement. Maintains platforms and uses technological tools to monitor assessments and to satisfy reporting needs. Completes assigned projects related to the work of the office. Primary Responsibilities Oversees program support related to educational assessment, student progress/ placement monitoring, and program improvement. Oversees data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. Develops and implements processes for database information maintenance, tracking, uploads, and reports. Prepares and oversees the preparation of training and operational manuals. Confers with staff on program issues and problems and implements solutions. Provides direct support to students, faculty, and staff. Monitors student worker assessment-related tasks. Prepares field experience binders. Develops and interprets student performance reports.
