The Corporate Clinical Education Specialist-Behavioral Health (PRN) designs, delivers, and evaluates behavioral health education and competency programs that enable safe, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, traumatic brain injury, and complex behavioral and medical comorbidities. Working on a per-diem, as-needed basis under the direction of the Director of Clinical Education, this role supports onboarding, continuing education, competency verification, and practice integration for behavioral interventions, crisis prevention, de-escalation, restraint regulatory requirements, post-event recovery practices, and the development and delivery of patient and family education. The role aligns all educational activity with applicable federal and state regulations, accrediting body standards, organizational policy, and the licensed scope of practice of the audience receiving the education.
