Kean Miller is seeking a full-time Marketing and Business Development Manager to support the firms rapid growth across all offices and specifically in Houston and The Woodlands. This position is based in downtown Houston and provides strategic direction and hands-on support to develop, implement, and drive various marketing and business development initiatives and handle day-to-day marketing matters. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Business Development, this is a collaborative position that will work closely with practice group and office leaders, partners, associates and a seven-person marketing team consisting of the COO/ CM&BDO (Baton Rouge), Director (New Orleans), two Marketing Managers (Baton Rouge and New Orleans),two Marketing Coordinators (both in Baton Rouge) and a Visual Communications Coordinator (Baton Rouge).
