As Senior Asset Manager - Retail, you will report directly to senior leadership and take ownership of a diverse and expanding retail portfolio across multiple U.S. markets. You will be responsible for:Executing asset-level business plans across net lease and multi-tenant retail investments. Overseeing portfolio-level financial modeling, forecasting, and investor reporting. Driving leasing strategy, capital planning, and net operating income growth initiatives. Managing and challenging third-party property managers, leasing brokers, and consultants. Leading due diligence and transition efforts for new acquisitions, easing deal execution bottlenecks. Evaluating refinancing strategies and supporting disposition planning.
