Responsible for teaching the Academy's baseball/softball offensive and defensive skill development. Training in the areas of hitting, pitching, fielding, base running and game knowledge.

Experience as a professional player, graduated college player/student, experience as a college/high school baseball or softball coach.

The noise level in the work environment is moderate, however, during events, the noise level may be loud. The employee will be expected to work both indoors and outdoors, often in varying weather patterns (extreme heat or cold, rain, etc.).
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and focused vision. Ability to regularly work on your feet for long hours. The Position requires ability to walk long distances and stand up 4 to 5 hours without a break. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
This is a part-time position. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including; extended hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.
No travel is expected for this position.
