Property Management Technician

Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. WORKING CONDITIONS
The position requires stooping, bending and/or lifting of items of up to 80 pounds with occasional periods of walking on rough surfaces. There are occasional discomforts from exposure to moderate heat, cold, moisture/wetness and unpleasant air conditions. The position may involve occasional exposure to soiled materials and light chemical substances such as oils and cleaning solutions.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to read, write, add, subtract and follow oral and/or basic written instructions as might normally be acquired through 9 to 11 years of formal schooling. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Six (6) months of working experience LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Requires a valid Texas Driver License and compliance with the City of Houston policy on driving (AP 2-2).
