The mission of The University of Texas M. D. The primary purpose of the Legal Officer, Ethics & COI position is (1) to serve as in-house legal and regulatory expert on Conflicts of Interest (COI), Export Control, Undue Foreign Influence, and Corporate Compliance, (2) conduct Compliance Investigations related to these areas, and (3) to assist the Senior Legal Officer & Director, Ethics & COI in providing the strategic vision for the Ethics & COI compliance program.
