Maintain and expand the company's existing customer base across all product lines to achieve growth objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Investigate and troubleshoot quality and customer service issues and identify solutions. Maintain a robust prospect pipeline, prepare proposals, submit quotes, author call reports, sales presentations, sample/demonstrate products. Determine efficient shipping methods for order fulfillment Passionately communicate our brand identity and implement company initiatives. Requirements: Minimum five years of B 2 B manufacturing sales or distribution sales experience, preferably with industrial-oriented UN packaging. A bachelors degree preferred but will consider candidates with appropriate industry experience in lieu of college degree.
