Overview
Clarity Consultants is seeking a Learning Analyst to develop training programs for unconventional well operators and mechanics. The work focuses on defining clear competency expectations, structuring training around how tasks are executed and decisions are made in the field, and establishing a consistent, standards-aligned field training framework. The Learning Analyst will work closely with Subject Matter Experts to translate their input into clear training and competency structures.

Start Date: Early May, 2026
Duration: 6+ months with the possibility to extend
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week; hours will be determined based on project needs
Location: Virtual; some travel required

The pay range for this is $60.00 to $65.00 per hour W2. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
