As a school leader you will set vision and direction in partnership with staff, students, and families to drive towards school improvement initiatives and KIPP Texas overall goals for healthy schools. You will manage, coach, and develop instructional, operational, and support staff to ensure all students have access to a positive learning community focused on preparing them with the skills to pursue the paths they choose - with a particular focus on building a college-going culture.
