Your Team
The Investment Services Technology team is responsible for all Global Investment Services Technology projects and programs. The team closely partners with business executives and functional teams across all aspects of Invescos investments business, using Agile delivery methods and collaboration to provide automated and innovative solutions. This role sits in our Security & Entity Reference Data domain and data platform, serving downstream trading, risk, operations, and regulatory consumers.
Your Role
As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, enterprise‑level technology initiatives that span multiple business divisions and regions. You will blend Agile and traditional delivery practices to ensure predictable, high‑quality outcomes while driving continuous improvement and team efficiency. This is a hands‑on role: you will serve as Scrum Master for a Reference Data squad and flex as Business Analyst and Project/Program Manager as needed (requirements, data mapping/lineage, plans/RAID, vendor coordination). Initial scope focuses on Security & Entity Reference Data capabilities and the Snowflake‑based data platform.
