GEP is seeking a Manager for our Technology Services team to maintain and grow relationships with customers and also be responsible for managing implementations and service offerings for client accounts. The candidate is expected to retain existing business and client satisfaction while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts. A key requirement for this role is to understand clients' business requirements and ensure that the products/service are provided to the client meeting are exceeding the expectations. The right candidate will have excellent client relationship skills and a strong technology background in procurement.
5+ years of demonstrated successful career record with at least 3 years in procurement and sourcing area Previous experience in an account management role for a technology firm is strongly preferred Familiar with online procurement/sourcing tools including RFP, Auction, Contract Mgmt, Spend Analysis and P2P Strong leadership skills in a client-facing environment Excellent communication and client management skills Experienced team leader skilled in people development, coaching and motivation Strong teamwork, problem solving, organization and process improvement skills Very detail oriented Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint Bachelor's Degree required, Masters in business or operations preferred Willing to travel
