Managing Partner

• Salary range: $65,000 - $82,500
• Bonus potential ($2,500-$10,000 per month)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Always friendly and energetic
• Business knowledge (P&L knowledge, food safety, scheduling, sales forecasting, food cost control)
• Must have a passion for developing leaders
• A willingness to jump in and help
• To instill our BBM Key Business Drivers (Be Friendly, Be Helpful, Make it Great) to deliver a great guest experience and a positive workplace environment/culture
• Facilitate weekly meetings with managers to discuss business, staffing, product orders, and service
• Execute catering orders and online orders accurately
• Cultivate relationships with team members, vendors, and guests
• Uphold and enforce uniform policies
• Adhere to all store security and safety procedures
• Complete delivery orders from vendors to ensure accuracy and quality of products

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Food Manager certificate
• Clean driving record
• Ability to carry at least 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required, bilingual a plus)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift while on the shift
• Ability to multitask and organize

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $202,500.00 per year
