Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Blueprint Mastery: Proficiently read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively.
• Change Order Expertise: Skillfully handle change order pricing to ensure project success.
• Project Prioritization: Manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently with precision.
• On-Site Leadership: Conduct jobsite visits to provide support, address concerns, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Value Engineering: Implement value engineering principles to optimize project outcomes.
• Timely Deliveries: Ensure materials are delivered on time to meet project schedules and client expectations.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage project team members, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Scope Definition: Collaborate with general contractors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables clearly.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes to management.

Requirements:

• Comsense Experience: Preferred but not required.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure project accuracy and quality.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges efficiently.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Capability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
