Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment (e.g., CNC, stamping, welding, assembly lines).
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
Support installation and setup of new machines under engineer guidance.
Maintain spare parts inventory and proper maintenance records.
Assist in safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
Work with production teams to improve machine reliability and efficiency.
Requirements:
Associate degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
24 years of maintenance experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing.
Solid hands-on troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
Knowledge of PLC basics, pneumatics, and hydraulics preferred.
Ability to work in fast-paced production environments and on-call for urgent repairs.
