Now Hiring: Project Controls Coordinator IV (High Priority Role!)

?? Houston, TX (Hybrid: Mon, Tues, Thurs onsite) | ?? Some travel required (U.S. + Canada)

We're actively seeking an experienced Project Controls Coordinator IV to join a growing team supporting large-scale renewable energy projects across the U.S. and Canada. This is a high-impact role within major capital projects ranging from $300M to $1B in solar, wind, and battery storage.

?? What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Partner closely with construction and execution teams, including contractors
• Lead cost-loaded scheduling, forecasting, and earned value management
• Develop and own Project Controls Plans (PCP), WBS budgets, and cost estimates
• Manage change control processes end-to-end, including change orders and revisions
• Drive project performance insights through data analysis and reporting

? What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in project controls (cost-focused preferred)
• Strong background in earned value management & change management
• Experience with Oracle (required) and EcoSys (preferred)
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
• Experience supporting large-scale construction or renewable energy projects
• Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and lead project controls functions
