Work with a highly collaborative team responsible for driving and managing engineering partnerships and engagements between HPE and VMware/Broadcom. As part of this team, you will help manage engineering programs involving the latest HPE and VMware technologies to meet our customers' needs.
In this role, you will support and lead cross-company engineering programs through the product development and implementation lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering teams across HPE and VMware. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring clear, effective communication across organizations to deliver products on schedule and within budget.
This position offers a strong growth opportunity for someone looking to develop into an Engineering Program Manager role. You will work closely alongside the current program manager, learning the role through hands-on experience, mentorship, and shared ownership of programs. You will not be expected to operate independently from day one; instead, you will gradually take on increased responsibility as you build confidence, context, and expertise in the role.
