Job Title

Develop proficiency in primary skills of customer relations, basic electricity, basic electronics, basic telephony, radio principles for LTE and 5G. IDEN, and basic principles of digital transmission, fiber communication, data communication, telephony terminology, industry standards, and on-line network control/maintenance systems.

Serve as a technical resource for the team, providing technical support and guidance on complex issues related to the implementation and maintenance of telecommunications systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of telecommunications projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of telecommunications services.

Assist in the development and execution of training programs to enhance the technical skills of team members and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
