Key Responsibilities:

• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple roles
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and outreach
• Screen and qualify candidates based on position requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Partner with team members to support hiring priorities
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a staffing or agency environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred

Preferred Background:

• Experience recruiting for commercial, operations, or industrial-related roles
• Familiarity with local hiring markets
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
