Description:
This is a critical EHS leadership position for a large manufacturer.
The Role:
- Strategically lead EHS program for site in hands-on manner.
- Train, mentor, and coach staff.
- Develop programs and procedures as needed.
- Lead incident investigations, data tracking/reporting, and audits.
- Build strong relationships with employees.
The Candidate:
- Manufacturing background (pharmaceutical, bio-tech, research/R&D, industrial, chemical, etc.) strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of EHS experience required.
- B.S. in a related field required.
- CSP/CIH/CHST preferred.
