HR Analyst – Workday Talent Acquisition

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Analyst with hands-on experience in Workday, specifically within the Talent Acquisition module. This role is responsible for supporting recruiting operations, maintaining system configurations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring HR technology aligns with business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday configuration, process improvement, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and recruiting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain the Workday Talent Acquisition module, including system configurations and enhancements.
  • Configure and update business processes, job requisition workflows, candidate stages, recruiting settings, and security roles within Workday.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system solutions.
  • Analyze recruiting and HR data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize Workday reports and dashboards related to recruiting metrics and talent acquisition activities.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, resolve user concerns, and provide ongoing support for Workday Talent Acquisition functionality.
  • Assist with testing for Workday updates, new releases, and configuration changes.
  • Document business processes, system changes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support process improvement initiatives related to candidate experience, requisition management, and recruiting operations.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to HR policies and system governance standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience as an HR Analyst or similar HRIS/HR operations role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Talent Acquisition module
  • Experience performing Workday configurations, including business process setup and system maintenance.
  • Knowledge of recruiting workflows, applicant tracking processes, and HR operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with reporting, data analysis, and dashboard creation in Workday.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, or Onboarding.
  • Familiarity with Workday testing, release management, and change documentation.
  • Knowledge of HRIS best practices and process optimization.
