The HVAC Services Technician V is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and mechanical components/equipment. Performs Service projects/small jobs from beginning to completion and insure total customer satisfaction throughout.
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems.
Holds EPA Certification.
Water Cooled Chiller VFD Troubleshooting experience.
Water Cooled Chiller Troubleshooting experience.
Chiller rebuild experience.
Startup & Commissioning experience.
Crane signaling and rigging experience.
Steam boiler/system maintenance, troubleshooting, service including setting combustion experience.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
Skills level of Tech IV
Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications
18+ verifiable years of experience in service of commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems.
Travel Requirements
0-5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
