Supply Chain Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead global, supply chaincentric initiatives across distribution, warehousing, inventory management, and partner operations. This role will play a key part in a multi-year transformation focused on optimizing physical flows, systems, and operating models across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end supply chain projects across global distribution offices, with a focus on inventory management, material flows, and warehousing/distribution connectivity.
• Manage multi-year transformation initiatives, including transitioning business between partners, shifting outsourced activities to in-house operations, and redesigning physical and system workflows.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with external partners and internal operations, planning, and customer support teams, managing interdependencies and operational impact.
• Oversee spare parts supply chain projects, including inventory positioning, finished-goods readiness, procurement planning, and fulfillment to customers.
• Support repair and refurbishment supply chain operations tied to manufacturing facilities, ensuring efficient material planning and return flows.
• Lead and support the implementation of supply chain ERP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA service processes such as Invoice-to-Return (ITR).
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to stakeholders at multiple levels.
