Our 176-bed acute care facility is fully accredited and included a 16-bed residential treatment center for adult chemical dependency. West Oaks Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Project Manager Plant Operations to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Project Manager Plant Operations is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing facility projects to support safe, compliant and therapeutic environment for patients, staff and visitors. The Project Manager Plant Operations will oversee construction, maintenance upgrades, safety initiatives and regulatory compliance projects while minimizing disruption to patient care. The Project Manager Plant Operations will collaborate closely with clinical leadership team, staff, vendors and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and in accordance with healthcare regulations including Joint Commission and CMS standards.

Qualifications:
Education: Required: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field. Education may be substituted with experience on a year to year basis.
Licensure and Certification: Required: Valid Texas Drivers License.
Experience Required: Seven years of experience in facilities management or related field. Preferred: Experience in JC readiness and surveys in a psychiatric setting. Knowledge of HVAC equipment, electrical, plumbing and mechanical maintenance. Knowledge of local, state and federal regulatory codes regarding Fire and Life Safety codes, building and engineering codes. Experience communicating and managing staff and projects.
