Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Financial Advisory (Industrial & Technical Markets)

We're partnered with a bootstrapped, high-growth financial services firm that handles complex business tax consulting & tax credit studies.

The firm works heavily across oil & gas, manufacturing, industrial services, and technology, helping clients uncover and capture value that is often overlooked in their operations. They're also investing in internally built tools (including AI-driven capabilities) to improve how they analyze opportunities and deliver for clients — but at the core, this is a services-led, relationship-driven business

This role sits at the front end of the sales process, focused on building pipeline and opening doors.

What You'll Do

  • Execute outbound prospecting through cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Target companies across industrial and technical sectors
  • Engage decision-makers across finance, operations, and ownership
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for a dedicated closer
  • Track outreach and pipeline activity in HubSpot
  • Work closely with a small sales and marketing team to refine targeting and messaging

What They're Looking For

  • 3–4+ years of experience in B2B SDR/BDR or inside sales
  • Proven ability to generate meetings through outbound prospecting
  • comfortable putting heavy call volume in (80-100 calls per day)
  • Strong communication skills — able to simplify complex concepts
  • Organized and disciplined with CRM and sequencing tools
