Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures at the front desk within a government location; Monitor access to the lobby and reception area, verify identification and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized entry in accordance with site policies; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed; Answer phones, assist with directions, manage visitor check-in processes, and communicate clearly with staff and guests regarding front desk protocols and security-related concerns; Prepare logs, reports, and other required documentation related to daily activity, incidents, and visitor access in line with site expectations
