Sales Development Representative

Description:

I'm partnering with a growing firm in the tax credits & incentives space that's looking to bring on a driven R&D Sales Executive to join their team.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound prospecting and wants clear, measurable results tied directly to their effort.


What you'll be doing:

  • High-volume cold outreach (calls, emails, etc.)
  • Generating and qualifying new business meetings
  • Working within a defined ICP and refining messaging
  • Collaborating closely with leadership on pipeline growth


Comp Structure (designed to reward activity + performance):

  • Base: $55K – $65K
  • Commission: paid on qualified meetings (not closed deals)
  • $50–$75 per meeting (1–20), with accelerators after quota
  • Monthly target: ~15–25 meetings
  • Additional upside tied to pipeline/revenue
  • OTE: $70K – $80K+ (up to $85K+ for top performers)
