Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Houston, TX. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, participating in training sessions to enhance sales techniques, and contributing to the development of effective sales strategies. You will also guide and mentor team members to foster a high-performing sales culture.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet team and individual targets.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring to support team development and enhance performance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
