Own key deal workstreams on high-value M&A and private equity transactions, working directly with senior lawyers on structuring, drafting, and negotiation from day one.This team is active on sponsor-side and strategic deals, including cross-border transactions, carve-outs, and complex buyouts.

What you'll do

• Lead workstreams on M&A and private equity transactions
• Draft and negotiate core transaction documents
• Support complex deal structures including cross-border matters
• Manage due diligence and coordinate deal execution
• Advise on governance and general corporate matters
• Supervise junior associates

What you'll need

• 2 to 6 years' M&A and private equity experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience managing workstreams
• Commercial judgement and client-facing confidence
• Texas admission or eligibility to waive in
