Project Finance Associate

$225,000–$420,000

Own key workstreams on large-scale project finance transactions across energy and infrastructure. You will work directly with senior lawyers on structuring, drafting, and negotiating financings for sponsors and lenders, including complex and cross-border matters.

This team is consistently active on high-value projects, including energy transition, power, and infrastructure deals. You will gain exposure to sophisticated clients and build technical and commercial judgement quickly, with real responsibility early in your career.

The platform offers strong deal flow, hands-on experience, and clear progression within a top-tier global practice. You will be part of a busy Houston team at the centre of US energy and infrastructure work.

What you'll do

• Lead workstreams on project development and finance transactions
• Draft and negotiate financing documents
• Support complex structures across sponsor and lender-side deals
• Manage due diligence and coordinate deal execution
• Work closely with clients on live transactions
• Supervise junior associates

What you'll need

• 2 to 4 years' experience in project finance or development
• Strong drafting and technical skills
• Experience managing workstreams on financings
• Commercial judgement and client-facing ability
• Texas admission or eligibility to waive in
