🛡️ The Role:

• Manage a high-value plaintiff PI docket from intake through resolution

• Lead on depositions, discovery, and case strategy

• Prepare cases for trial and actively participate in courtroom proceedings

• Work closely with experienced trial attorneys on catastrophic injury litigation

⚖️ What they want:

• ~5 years' experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation

• Trial experience (first or second chair strongly preferred)

• Someone hungry for better cases, more responsibility, and real earning potential

💰 Comp that actually scales with you:

• Base salary up to $150K

• Up to 20% of attorney fees (this is where it gets interesting 👀)
