🚨 We're Hiring: Client Engagement & Legal Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and helping people stay on track during complex legal matters.
This is NOT a passive administrative role.
This is a critical position responsible for ensuring that:
• Clients are consistently communicated with
• Documents are collected and tracked without delay
• Cases move forward efficiently through our internal pipeline
• Conduct proactive client follow-ups (phone + email) so no client feels ignored
• Track and manage outstanding documents, forms, and case requirements
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in our case management system
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure cases progress on schedule
• Support scheduling, task tracking, and internal accountability
• Monitor deadlines and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Serve as a key point of contact for client communication and updates
• Zero missed client follow-ups
• Clean, up-to-date case files and communication logs
• Faster case progression through the pipeline
• Reduced attorney interruptions from routine client inquiries
• Clients who feel informed, supported, and confident

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communicator (especially over phone and email)
• Proactive — you don't wait to be told what to do
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Tech-comfortable (CRM, case management, Microsoft Office)
• Reliable, professional, and responsive
Bonus if you have:
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
• Experience handling client communication or case coordination
