Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
Experience:
Minimum of three years' experience in commercial construction
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge to understand and to follow the company's safety policies and procedures as described in company safety manual.
Knowledge to operate electric and pneumatic tools.
Skill of mathematics; add, subtract, multiply, and divide units of measure.
Skill of working at heights.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Travel:
May be required to travel between, to, and from job-sites.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; occasionally required to sit. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; and high and/or precarious places. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Hours of Work:
This position frequently requires longer hours and weekend hours. Field management will determine appropriate hours of operation for their respective job-sites, which may vary.
