A company is looking for an Employment & Corporate Governance Counsel.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day counseling on employment matters and manage internal workplace investigationsSupport corporate governance by managing board materials and maintaining corporate recordsCollaborate with external counsel on employment litigation and ensure compliance with employment lawsQualifications / Skills:6+ years of employment and corporate governance experience, preferably with law firm and in-house trainingStrong understanding of multi-state employment law and HR compliance frameworksExperience in high-growth, dynamic organizationsHigh integrity and discretion with sensitive informationExcellent organizational, drafting, and project-management abilities
