A company is looking for a Director/Sr. Director of Pricing to lead the development and execution of innovative pricing models for patient support services and affordability solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and evolve pricing strategies for HUB services and patient support programsBuild and oversee complex financial models and ensure pricing integrity across programsTranslate data into actionable insights and implement technology-enabled pricing solutionsRequired Qualifications8-12+ years of experience in pricing, financial strategy, or market access, preferably in healthcare/pharmaAdvanced expertise in financial modeling, with strong Excel skills and experience in scalable solutionsExperience with pricing tools, automation, or AI-enabled solutions is a plusStrong understanding of patient support services and affordability programs is preferredBachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, etc.) preferred
