A company is looking for a Director Legal (Senior Counsel) to provide legal support for U.S. and global operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice on employment and labor law matters, including compliance and employee relationsManage employment and commercial litigation, partnering with outside counsel and coordinating internal investigationsDraft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements while ensuring compliance with regulatory obligationsRequired QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degreeActive license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; federal bar admission preferred2 - 5 years of progressive legal experience with a strong background in employment and labor lawExperience in supporting employment litigation and transactional mattersPrior in-house experience and experience with multi-state or global operations is a plus
