A company is looking for an Associate Field Engineer.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform and support fiber optic validation and testing activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standardsReview and validate fiber installation quality, including routing, labeling, termination, and splicingAssist in the development and completion of test result packages and turnover documentation for customer acceptanceRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field preferredMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in fiber optic installation, testing, or telecommunications infrastructureHands-on experience with fiber testing equipment (OLTS, OTDR) requiredFamiliarity with TIA/EIA standards and BICSI practices preferredAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and test requirements
