A company is looking for a Proposals & Contracts Specialist II.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop proposals and contracts for new and existing business in consultation with the Sales TeamLead the execution of complex proposals and oversee input from other P&C team membersEnsure compliance with contractual relationships between CROs and SponsorsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a related field (Science, Business, Clinical Research) required4 years of Proposal/Contract experience in the clinical research industry, preferably with a Contract Research Organization (CRO), requiredStrong understanding of the contractual relationship between CROs and Sponsors requiredComprehensive knowledge of relevant software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce) requiredAbility to lead small teams and effectively influence without authority required
