Position: Business Account Manager

Role Overview

Truence Co is seeking a motivated and results-driven Entry-Level Business Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in sales and client relationship management who are eager to build a career in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment. You will play a key role in supporting revenue growth by managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the full sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing client accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, including upselling and cross-selling solutions
  • Support the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
  • Monitor account performance, track client satisfaction, and support retention and renewal strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, consulting, delivery, and client success teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
  • Contribute to achieving quarterly revenue and retention targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, generate account reports, and support pipeline forecasting efforts

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated interest in sales, business development, and revenue generation
  • Ability to quickly assess client needs and articulate value-driven solutions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn and grow professionally
