The Supply Chain Contract Administrator position is responsible for ensuring that all contractor-related contractual terms are processed in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with company standards, guidelines and procedures. This position is responsible for creating, reviewing, processing, analyzing, and tracking contractor Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contracts, Pipeline Construction contracts, Facilities Construction contracts and PO Agreements; including providing initial agreement mark-ups and/or comments on the acceptability of non-standard language requested by the contracting parties. The Contract Administrator is responsible for reviewing construction contracts and PO agreements, identifying risk and legal issues, managing the contract review process by overseeing legal, insurance, safety, and drug & alcohol compliance approvals.
