Rainbow Shops - - Responsibilities: Recruit, interview, select and hire store associates.; Maximize store volume in accordance with all store and Company goals, policies, procedures, etc.; Ensure customer service is being maintained throughout the business day.; Implement and follow all loss prevention procedures to minimize store shrinkage.; Ability to understand priorities and urgency, adjust directions/scheduling to meet store needs.
