IHG Hotels & Resorts - 6750 Main Street - Responsibilities: Prepare cold food and batch items including sandwiches, salads, cold drinks and desserts; follow food preparation and usage instructions to minimize waste; Transport prepared food from kitchen to cafeteria; set up all stations which may include soup, salad, beverage, bread, hot food buffet, etc.; Replenish stations as needed throughout shift; Perform associated opening, closing and prep work duties; Maintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area, including reach-ins, walk-ins and counters
