360 Specialty IT Recruiter (Agency/Staffing Only)

Austin, TX (Remote, but must be based in Austin or surrounding region)

I'm working with a staffing & recruiting firm looking to bring on an experienced 360 IT recruiter or a Sales Person to help build and scale an enterprise desk. The role is remote, but they're specifically targeting someone based in the Austin market.

This is a role built for someone who sees themselves as hunters first and is used to operating in a performance-driven environment.

You'll be joining a team focused on highly specialized tech markets, with the expectation that you come in, own your niche, and grow it.

What you'll be doing:

  • Running a full 360 desk within a staffing/recruitment agency (BD + recruiting)
  • Winning new business and expanding enterprise-level accounts
  • Building and growing MSAs through consistent placements
  • Owning a niche vertical and becoming the go-to in your market
  • Driving revenue and scaling your desk over time

What they're looking for:

  • 3+ years of 360 experience within a staffing/recruitment agency (IT/Tech)
  • Strong track record of business development and billings
  • True "hunter" mentality, someone who's enjoys winning business
  • Experience working within a focused tech niche, not generalist recruiting'

Targeted niches include:

  • SAP
  • NetSuite / Oracle
  • Microsoft Dynamics
  • Financial Services Tech (Charles River, Aladdin, etc.)
  • Salesforce
  • AI / Machine Learning
  • ERP / CRM ecosystems
  • Insurance-focused technology markets

What's on offer:

  • Base salary around $100K-$120K (depending on experience)
  • Uncapped, tiered commission paid from first deal.
